Post-screening Q&A discussion with director Anne de Mare

The St. Louis International Film Festival will screen the documentary Capturing the Flag on November 10 at 7:30pm. In the film, a group of volunteers across the country mobilized to work on voter protection three months before the 2016 election - to observe elections and to assure that all those who wished to vote were legally allowed to do so. Laverne Berry, Steven Miller, and Claire Wright headed to North Carolina. What they find at the polls serves as both a warning and a call to action for anyone interested in protecting the "One Man, One Vote" fundamental of our democracy.

After the viewing of the documentary, there will be a question-and-answer period with the film's director Anne de Mare.
