Post-screening discussion featuring filmmaker Anne de Mare and Flora Davidson, Barnard College Professor of Political Science and Urban Studies

The documentary Capturing the Flag will be screened at Barnard College on October 30 at 6:30pm. This film follows four friends who travel to Cumberland County, NC--posterchild for voter suppression in 2016--intent on proving that the big idea of American democracy can be defended by small acts of individual citizens.
